Registration Options

Delegates may register for the workshop only (1 day), the conference only (2 days), or both events (3 days). There are three Optional events, as below.

1. Welcome Cocktail Reception

This function will be held on the evening of 3 May. It is complimentary to conference delegates and up to one accompanying partner. Other delegate guests or workshop-only registrants may attend for a charge of US$70.00 per person. More Info

2. Networking Cocktail Reception

This function will be held on the evening of 4 May. It is only available to Conference delegates and up to one accompanying partner, and is complimentary. More Info

3. Gala Dinner

This function will be held on the evening of 5 May, and marks the conclusion of the Conference.  The Gala dinner cost is not included in the Registration fee. The ticket cost is US$140.00 per person. More Info

Full tables of 10 may also be booked for a cost of US$1400.00.

There is no discount applicable for Early Bird registrations or Academics or Students.


Conference and Workshop Fees

Workshop Registration Fees

The registration fee for the one day advanced workshop covers attendance at the workshop, relevant course notes and handouts, and associated workshop catering.

Persons only registering for the Workshop may attend the Welcome Reception for an additional charge of $70.00 per person, and the Gala dinner for the standard charge as set out under the relevant heading below. The Networking Reception is only available to Conference registrants and their partners.

Conference Registration Fees

The delegate fee includes attendance at all conference sessions, associated conference catering, relevant paperwork and attendance at the Welcome and Networking Receptions. The Gala dinner is an additional charge.

Registration

To register for the conference, please complete the details included on the Registration page of this website and make payment by either of the methods there identified.

Registered delegates will be sent a receipt and joining instructions which should be read carefully prior to departure.

Additional delegate information will be regularly uploaded to the website.

Please Note: If cancellation is made by 3 March 2012, Workshops and Conference registrations qualify for a refund of fee minus a $30 processing fee.
